- We are not responsible in the delay of the transfer process. Usually the transfer process between two different banks takes 1-2 days.

- Delivery time is the total time required to process your order and send it to your place, i.e., the time we prepare the item + the time required by the courier to send your order from our warehouse to your address.

- In order to shop, you must firstly create an account in iyoushop.com . The process is very straightforward. You will be asked automatically to Sign up when you decided to check out or you can click the Sign Up button at the top of every page and fill up the registration form.
